6-axis eCompass
With its eCompass family BMC150, BMC056 and BMC050 Bosch Sensortec started a new portfolio of high precision MEMS sensors for compass applications in mobile phones, navigation system and other portable devices.
Two separate sensors are integrated within the LGA package: a triaxial magnetometer for geomagnetic field detection and a triaxial accelerometer for tilt compensation. The integrated accelerometer features all functionalities of a standalone Bosch Sensortec BMA.
