A key part of Linda’s role as Head of HR is to cultivate a strong team spirit and foster a respectful, inclusive and accepting culture at Bosch Sensortec. But what does “team spirit” really mean? For Linda, it starts with two essential ingredients: trust and psychological safety. These are the foundations for building strong relationships. “They empower people to speak up, share their opinions, and engage in open, constructive dialogue, which is exactly what high-performing teams need”, she explains. At Bosch Sensortec, this mindset is not just an aspiration – it’s part of our daily work. Linda emphasizes the importance of diverse and multidimensional teams.
