Bosch Sensortec and HopeRun Software join forces to accelerate deployment of AIoT applications

On 13th July, Bosch Sensortec and HopeRun Software have signed an agreement in Nanjing, China indicating their mutual intent to collaborate and work together. The signing ceremony was attended by Sebastien Therond, Head of Business Strategy and Portfolio Management at Bosch Sensortec, and Liu Yang, Vice President of HopeRun. The collaboration aims to facilitate the practical implementation of AIoT applications through the introduction of two development boards: HH-SCDAYU200 and Neptune 100B.

"In the realm of diverse AIoT applications, our cooperation will leverage synergies to collaboratively design reference designs incorporating Bosch Sensortec's unique sensor technology. This will aid users in streamlining development processes and reducing time-to-market for their products," says Sebastien Therond.

The HH-SCDAYU200 development kit, part of HopeRun Software's Dayu series, is an AI development board featuring Rockchip's RK3568 processor. It supports the OpenHarmony operating system and offers advanced features such as a quad-core 64-bit Cortex-A55 processor, dual-core GPU, and high-performance NPU. The kit is suitable for various AIoT applications, including IoT gateways, smart NVRs, industrial control, and multimedia advertising machines.

The HH-SCDAYU200 development kit integrates Bosch Sensortec's accelerometer BMA456, Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) BMI270 and barometric pressure sensor BMP581, essential for driving wearable, hearable and smart home innovation.

The Neptune 100B development kit, based on Winner Micro's W800 dual-mode module, is designed with a stamp hole interface, onboard antenna, compact size, and rich external interfaces, ensuring convenience for development and integration purposes. This development kit is well-suited for IoT applications in smart homes, wearables, medical monitoring, industrial inspection, power and water conservancy, and smart agriculture.

The Neptune 100B development kit integrates Bosch Sensortec's IMU BHI360, magnetometer BMM350, barometric pressure sensor BMP581, and gas/pressure/humidity/temperature sensor BME688, offering a highly integrated solution for diverse IoT applications.

Liu Yang, Vice President of HopeRun, emphasized the crucial role of sensors as the IoT gateway for enabling innovative applications. He highlighted that “Bosch Sensortec's leading sensor solutions will enhance HopeRun Software's product portfolio and contribute to the development of the OpenHarmony ecosystem, providing technical support across diverse IoT industries.”
