Engineered for robotics and XR controllers, the BMI563 combines high-performance, stability, and real-time responsiveness to unlock next-level precision in every movement.


The BMI563 delivers unparalleled motion tracking with ultra-low noise and exceptional vibration robustness, ensuring precise data acquisition even during the most dynamic robotic movements. With twice the full-scale range of the previous generation, it captures every subtle change in orientation and position, leaving nothing unnoticed.


A programmable Edge-AI classification engine supports always-on functionality by analyzing motion patterns directly on the sensor, reducing system power consumption and accelerating customer-specific use cases.
