Before joining Bosch Sensortec in 2015, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the field of organic electronics. By education, I am a physicist and hold a PhD in electronic engineering focusing on optics and materials science. At Bosch Sensortec, I started as a product engineer working at the interface between development, ramp up, mass production and quality management – a truly interdisciplinary and international experience. This position allowed me to reach a solid foundation for the development projects I am driving today.

I love the sportive mindset at Bosch Sensortec: recently we managed an extraordinary challenging project with a high risk to fail. However, the risk was accepted by the organization and appropriate measures were installed. Doing this we could target the impossible and thereby succeed in the end. What a great experience! And this mindset helps us to grow – as an individual and as a company.
